1. About TopupZap

TopupZap is a digital mobile top-up service. By using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

TopupZap allows you to purchase mobile airtime top-up and send it to mobile numbers in supported countries. We act as a reseller of prepaid mobile credit and process your order through our supplier network.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the stated retail price. Prices are shown in EUR and include all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver top-up within 30 seconds. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes. If delivery fails, we will refund your payment within 48 hours.

5. Refund Policy

Please see our separate Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use TopupZap for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or funding sanctioned individuals or entities. We reserve the right to block accounts and report suspicious activity to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

TopupZap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provision of this service. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal venue.
