Refund Policy

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Your payment was taken but the top-up was not delivered
  • We confirm a technical failure in our system
  • The top-up was sent to the wrong number due to a verified technical error on our side

When You Are Not Eligible

  • You entered the wrong phone number
  • The top-up was successfully delivered to the number you provided
  • The recipient's SIM is inactive or barred

Process

Submit a support request with your order reference within 14 days. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours and appear on your card within 3–5 business days.
