How fast is delivery?

Most top-ups are delivered within 30 seconds. In rare cases it may take up to 5 minutes due to operator delays.

What if the top-up isn't received?

Contact our support team with your order reference. We will investigate and either retry the delivery or refund you within 48 hours.

Which operators do you support?

We currently support Roshan, AWCC, Etisalat Afghanistan, Salaam, and ATOMA for Afghanistan. More countries and operators will be added.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay / Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If your top-up is not delivered and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I check my order status?

You receive a link to your order status page in your confirmation email. You can also look up your order at topupzap.com/order/[your-order-ref].

Can I send top-up to multiple numbers?

Yes, simply start a new top-up for each number. There is no limit on the number of orders.

Do you store my personal data?

We store only what is necessary to process and deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Who operates TopupZap?

TopupZap is a mobile top-up service operated under the TopupZap brand.

What if I entered the wrong number?

Unfortunately we cannot reverse a successfully delivered top-up to a wrong number. Please double-check the number before paying. Contact support and we will do our best to help.

Will you add more countries?

Yes. Afghanistan is our starting point. We plan to add more diaspora corridors as we grow.
